evolution
I've been writing, recording, and (less so) performing musical compositions for many years.
The current endeavor is to capture and release a backlog of original song ideas, with a heavy focus on live-ifying them so that the essence of each song remains strong in any setting. All the while, new ideas spring forth joyously!
I'm experimenting with live performances of songs that I've prepared using a relatively lightweight setup, including background tracks (drums, bass, synth, etc.) in Korg M01 on Nintendo 3DS (Legend of Zelda Special Edition), electric guitar with multi-fx (sincere apologies to the pedal geeks!) and looper pedals, and vocals. However, I leave room for unplanned excursions in my sets to let the instrument I'm playing express itself freely, so I'm never performing a song exactly the same way twice.
